Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms govern your use of Fixer, an AI receptionist service operated by Niv Gur ("Fixer", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, and if you act for a business you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
The service
Fixer connects an AI assistant to your customers (e.g. over WhatsApp) to answer questions, capture leads, book appointments and hand off to a human. The service is provided "as is". AI can make mistakes, and its replies are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice — verify anything important. You are responsible for the knowledge you give the bot and for reviewing how it represents your business.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and only for a legitimate business you are entitled to operate.
- You are the controller of your end-customers' data. You must have a lawful basis to process it, inform your customers (e.g. via your own privacy notice), and comply with Israel's Privacy Protection Law and any other applicable law.
- Messaging law. You are solely responsible for complying with the Israeli anti-spam law (Amendment 40 to the Communications Law) and similar rules — including obtaining consent before sending marketing or business-initiated messages, honoring opt-outs, and identifying yourself. Fixer is a tool; you control who is messaged and what is sent.
- Comply with the terms of Meta / the WhatsApp Business Platform and any third party you connect.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content, or to impersonate others.
Fees
Paid plans, if offered, are billed as described at sign-up. Taxes may apply. Usage-based third-party costs (e.g. WhatsApp message fees) may be your responsibility.
Intellectual property
We own the Fixer platform and software. You retain ownership of your content and data; you grant us the license needed to operate the service for you.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and Fixer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for outcomes of AI-generated content or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Fixer against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, your messaging to customers, or your breach of these Terms or of law — including claims by your end-customers.
Suspension & termination
You may stop at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, or to protect the service or others.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
